We've already criticized Liberty Media on several occasions for its disregard for the sport's traditions. We won't be raving about F1's leadership now, but at least this time we can leave out the negative context.
There's fresh, recent news that the start of the 2025 Formula 1 season will not take place in Bahrain, which always offers fantastic, imaginative, and exciting racing (ironic), but in Australia. F1 will hold the same number of races in 2025, but unlike previous years, not in Bahrain, but in Australia, in Melbourne, at the legendary Albert Park, where the first race will be held. This hasn't happened since 2019, and many fans who aren't us are probably delighted to see the track return to its well-deserved, proper place. As usual, pre-season testing will take place in Bahrain this time too, as the magnificent asphalt track is perfect for it...

Are you excited that the REAL SEASON OPENING is returning?
