After the new Dutch F1 world championship title, Giedo van der Garde, who was once one of the pioneers, appeared on the horizon and said who is the only person who can beat Max Verstappen.
Don't expect any major surprises, as van der Garde believes Lewis Hamilton could be the one to stop the four-time world champion. He wasn't taking too much of a risk with this statement:
"Lewis proved again in Las Vegas that when everything comes together and the technology works properly under him, we can consider him a serious contender. As someone who could possibly overtake Max Verstappen. Many believe that a Hamilton driving like this will be the one to end Verstappen's reign. I'm one of them. This weekend we once again saw the real Hamilton, the killer who is dangerous to everyone.
He still has the racing pace needed to win the world championship and, if he gets the support he needs, he could be preparing for a very serious fight with Red Bull Racing,” said the former F1 driver.
