Dark clouds are gathering over the Red Bull Racing team, and even team boss Christian Horner cannot deny it.
Max Verstappen's surprising victory at the Japanese Grand Prix was able to make the ever-deepening crisis forgotten for a short time, but the setback came in Bahrain...
"The car behaves similarly to last year's model, although I must add that we didn't have any braking problems in 2024. The balance is mainly messed up between the corner entrance and the center, which is an aerodynamic problem. The main problem is that we can't find a solution for it. We understand the problems, but the problem is that the solutions we've tried with the tools we use unfortunately don't match what we experience on the track. We need to get to the bottom of this, because if the two don't match, we won't be able to get out of the hole. Our specialists are there; they've built sensational cars in recent years, and I sincerely hope they can solve these problems as well. We just need to find a solution for our simulator and our wind tunnel, because right now it's as if we're looking at two different clocks with two different times," Horner said.
