Max Verstappen is known to spend a lot of time in the simulator, which is a very important aspect of his preparation. However, he is also known to often lose his cool in virtual races and do things he would never allow on the real racetrack.
This proved fatal for Jaden Munoz, a Williams iRacing Academy driver, who, however, was not intimidated by his renowned opponent and confronted him mercilessly. Previously, Verstappen had already experienced problems before the current simulated race at the Road America race track in Daytona, but these were still tolerated in the simulator environment. Not this time, however... Four-time world champion Verstappen and Munoz collided in the first corner, with the Dutchman so annoyed that he waited for Munoz at the back of the field to ram him.
"Look at how stupid he is. He'll never change. I knew he would. You're like this because you've had everything handed to you on a silver platter your whole life, Max. You're a spoiled child who wouldn't be anyone without his father. No one would know you, you fucking idiot..." Munoz ranted, using very strong words.
