In 2025, six drivers will enter Formula 1, for whom this will be their first full F1 season. The number of newcomers is unprecedented, and even F1's official channel didn't want to hold back from featuring them!
Formula 1 used this story to spark the idea of creating a documentary about the development of young talent. Thus, "Rookies" was born. In 50 minutes, it offers a glimpse into the exciting journeys of Gabriel Bortoleto, Kimi Antonelli, Isack Hadjar, Jack Doohan, and Oliver Bearman. Childhood dreams, behind-the-scenes moments, and the journey to the threshold of F1… The film promises previously unseen footage, enhanced with exclusive interviews with people who were actively involved in the scouting for young talent.
A new generation has arrived.
